Jim Bickel was appointed CEO and President of Redwood Group International in January 2006 and has been Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors since January 2007. Jim has an extensive working knowledge of the Greater China business landscape gained from his years of experience managing companies that operate in and around the China market. He is well versed in the unique management and oversight needs of publicly traded companies through his service as a director and officer of several public firms. Jim possesses over 40 years of experience in sales and senior management positions within manufacturing companies including President of Allison Spring and Manufacturing, Bicor Machinery and Manufacturing, and Keel Corporation; all California-based manufacturing companies producing high tech metal parts and assemblies. Jim has served as Vice President of Uniglobe USA Travel and as Vice Chairman of MedChannel LLC, a medical device company serving radiology and surgical markets.

Chris Wang was the President and a Director of Fushi Copperweld, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSIN) from 2008-2016 and was the Chief Financial Officer of FSIN from 2005-2009. Prior to joining FSIN, he worked for Redwood Capital, Inc., Credit Suisse and VC China in various capacities. Chris holds an MBA with concentration in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester in New York. He speaks fluent Chinese and English. He has won the honor of “2007 Top CFO Award in China” by the CFO magazine. Chris currently sits on the boards of several publicly listed as well as privately held companies.

Tony has been owner-operator of Tungsten and Molybdenum mines, he discovered 4 major active gold/copper mines and built portfolio of 23 gold projects in Mongolia as CEO of Mongolia Resource Corp. He has knowledge of full mining cycle, exploration to development.

Tony has been consulting for over 15 years on various projects/metals with 9 years as exploration manager with team of 250+.

He has full Resource Estimation with Jorc signoff capability.

Adam Lublin

Adam Lublin brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience and expertise in sales, business development, and commodities. In 1994, he founded Ad-Here Inc, a thriving promotional products company that quickly gained recognition, working with major clients such as Aetna, Bloomberg, and TV Land.

Since 2014, Adam has focused on the pharmaceutical and veterinary industries, successfully introducing European medical devices and pharmaceuticals to the US and Chinese markets. In 2020, he expanded his expertise to the commodities industry, specializing in agricultural, fuel, and precious metals.

Jon Kimmins is a seasoned executive and Chief Financial Officer. After more than 35 years working with companies of all sizes and in all stages of development, Jon knows how to partner with a management team to drive results, manage capital and maximize profits. He is a well-rounded senior executive who has managed many business functions, including Finance, I.T., Legal, Risk Management, Procurement, Logistics and Data Analytics. Jon was most recently the CFO for Tailored Brands, (formerly Men’s Wearhouse), a $3.5 Billion retailer of men’s apparel. He has led finance functions for larger companies such as Toys “R” Us and Macy’s, as well as a young start-up offshoot of Li & Fung that grew eight-fold over four plus years. Jon also started his own company to develop residential real estate in New Jersey. Jon holds a BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.

Wendy Wang was co-founder and managing director of the crypto trading platform Huobi and was CMO and co-founder of ColdLar Hardware Wallets, she is a series entrepreneur, and was formerly with Price Waterhouse Cooper America. Wendy sold her first company, (the world’s first indoor map startup) Roseonly to Baidu. Wendy has founded 5 companies, 3 of which have been acquired or publicly listed. Wendy has an MBA in Finance and is passionate about connecting the world using crypto currency and blockchain technologies.

Dr. Chen is a scientist and entrepreneur with intensive experience in business management and interdisciplinary biomedical research. Dr. Chen has a BS and a MS in Biochemistry from Jilin University, a PhD in Genetics from University of Rochester and an MBA from Columbia Business School. In his fruitful career, he published over 40 peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters, and was awarded several research grants as principle investigator. Sponsored by the innovation grants of NIH, he founded 2 biotech startup companies, where he took the role of science officer to supervise the R&D directions. He also won numerous awards for his academic achievement and the 1st place prize for the RESI Innovation Challenge. In 2016, he was selected to be a follow of the Elab NYC, a program by the New York government to promote the biotech industry

Catherine Lee graduated from Tufts University with international relations and earned a master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University where she was the recipient of the William Kinne scholarship. Catherine is fluent in four languages. She became the chairman of the World Trade Center Foundation in 2018. She was also responsible for development of the World Trade Center Nanjing and is a director of the World Trade Center Suzhou. She has spearheaded many charitable non-profit projects around the world, such as Peru, Argentina, the United States, and China. In 2009, Catherine was awarded the Rising Star Award by the Mayor of New York and served as a director of the New York Queen’s Art Council and the New York Queen’s Library Foundation.
